1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Startbahn Career (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Startbahn Career is a career preparation platform that provides AI-powered tools including resume tailoring, mock interviews, company research, cover letter generation, study guides, and job tracking. The Service is designed to help you prepare for job applications and interviews, but it does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Free Plan and Usage Limits

The free plan includes 200 AI actions per day, 5 active job missions, and 3 resume versions. These limits may be adjusted with notice. Exceeding limits will result in temporary restriction of AI features until the next reset period.

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content such as resume suggestions, company research, and interview questions is provided as guidance, not guaranteed fact.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in applications or interviews.
• Company contacts, salary estimates, and news items generated by AI should be independently verified.
• Startbahn Career is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on Startbahn Career, including resumes, notes, and cover letters. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide Service features such as AI analysis, storage, and display.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service.
• Share your account with others or provide access to third parties.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Startbahn Career available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Startbahn Career is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, inaccurate AI suggestions, or data loss.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
